It's wonderful to see that Carl has become a powerful voice in the battle for embryonic stem cell research. He even forced a gubernatorial candidate to change his position after Carl appeared in a commercial endorsing Corzine, a supporter of the critical scientific research. It is obvious that Carl will be instrumental in finding a cure for millions of people. The power he once demonstrated on the baseball diamond and the wrestling mat has simply evolved into a power to change the future. His sincerity, courage and resolve I am certain will change the world. God really does have a plan for us all and we are seeing what he has in mind for Carl. Only an individual like Carl could carry this. We are seeing a hero form before our very eyes.

Carl great job on the commercial. Don't listen to any of the idiots out there saying you were used. They obviously don't know you. As you said in your response, you researched both sides and made an intelligent decision as to who to support based on that research. For anyone to doubt the thought that went into your decision is ludicrous. Your decision is your own and no amount of uneducated/uninformed comments will change that. Good luck with your search for a cure.

Oh my!! Amazing things are happening in NJ. Things that never woould have been if it weren't for Carl Riccio. In the near future, cures will be found right here, many peoples lives will be changed for the better, and in large part they will have you to thank. Some people may not thank you, they will simply criticize you now for taking a stance for what you believe in, and then reap the benefits when cures are found. Shame on them.
You are a very strong young man, and you have lots of love and support behind you, that will never change.
So easy to sit back and let others do the talking, let someone else try to make a difference in the world. Much more difficult to say I'm going to be the one to try to make the difference. One thing Mr. Forrester did get right, you do deserve a great deal of respect.

Carl you are a strong smart person. Don't let the morons of NJ get to you. This is why you speak up. To raise awareness and to get people to read up stem cell research - what it is, who supports it and why, that it IS an important topic, etc. I really think because of you this research will happen alot sooner than it would. Stem cell research has to happen, it is so important for so many people. It is just a matter of time - and I think it will be soon. Good job Carl! STAY STRONG!!!
