Thanks for visiting. This site is dedicated to the recovery efforts of Carl Riccio, a New Jersey high school wrestler who suffered a severe spinal cord injury (SCI) during a match on February 22, 2003.
The injury left Carl with no movement or feeling below his shoulders. Carl is currently enrolled at the Kessler Institute in Northern New Jersey, where he is undergoing rehabilitation to achieve his goal of a full recovery.
This site was created to help spread the word about Carl's injury and provide a way for people to take a personal role in making Carl's dream of a walking again a reality. All donations made through this site will go directly to The Carl Riccio Special Needs Trust which was setup to support Carl's recovery efforts.
